I have been drooling over Minimalist Baker's sweet and savory creations for quite some time. Last week, I added MB's Quinoa Gado-Gado Bowl to our dinner menu and am ready to report back:

The recipe uses easy-to-find ingredients, is delightfully fresh and filling, has a variety of textures and flavors that make every bite a little bit different than the one before, and can be customized to fit a picky eater's palate. Best of all? It comes together in half an hour, flat. Adding this to our regular menu rotation is a no-brainer decision.
